Grace is a Strategist, an Associate at ESPartners, an integrated platform providing Intelligent Capital™ the right mix of insights and financing to entrepreneurs and leaders across Africa; Author, Entrepreneurial Solutions for Prosperity in BoP Markets. Grace previously managed the SPRING Accelerator in Rwanda, and was the Client Services Director at Inkomoko Business Development, both accelerator programs that worked with SMEs. Prior to that she was a Communications and Fundraising Lead at Digital Opportunity Trust. She has driven organizations to rethink product offering, and market positioning, and to design systems that ensure efficiency in service delivery. Grace is a Curator of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community in Kigali, and a Past President of the Rwanda Junior Chamber International chapter, organizations where she has driven leadership development programs for youth.
