Investment Advisor, Afrilanthropy.org
As an Investment Advisor at Afrilanthropy.org, a matchmaking fund between African social innovators and Impact Funds, Philanthropies and Family Offices in Europe and North America. Olivia mentors, conducts pre-due-diligence and builds a portfolio of promising African startups that are at the phase of scaling-up beyond their country of operation, to match them with Impact investors with an interest in operational African startups.
With 10 years of experience providing opportunities of growth to thousands of startuppers, project-holders, SMEs, and youth changemakers in Africa, Olivia seeks to equip and empower African youth to become strategic problem-solvers of their community problems, by building startups, establishing impactful projects, scaling up businesses, and essentially being the builders of the Africa we desire to live in. That's why with 10 years of experience, during which she established an operational NGO, built a business, served on the Microsoft4Afrika board, consulted for the African Union (AU), and worked with the U.S. State Department; at 30 years old, Olivia has empowered thousands of African youth to improve their global competitive edge, to raise funds and to implement life-transforming projects; in order to amplify their positive impact in a strategic and concerted way.
