Sherry Dzinoreva

Sherry Dzinoreva serves as the Europe, Middle East and Africa Public Policy Programs Manager for Facebook where she oversees program development focused on economic empowerment across Europe, Middle East and Africa.  Over the years, she has worked in various facets of the digital industry, with a primary focus on skills development and education.  Before joining Facebook she served as Program Director for Digify Africa, a program that saw over 70,000 young people trained in digital skills across Sub-Saharan Africa. She also co-hosted the first Social Media Week Johannesburg, offering free and accessible workshops on digital innovation to a mix of audiences across the city.

Dzinoreva is driven by a desire to build innovative programs and experiences designed to bridge cultural and opportunity gaps around the world. She is passionate about the use of technology and digital education to empower, connect and build the next generation of leaders.
