Sihle collaborates with individuals in the ecosystem passionate about very young entrepreneurs. As part of the Anzisha Prize team, he engages parents, educators  of very young entrepreneurs and policy makers to curate and share enabling insights and tools to create a non-toxic environment for young African entrepreneurs. He also edits The Anzisha Effect,a publication for parents, educators and enablers of very young entrepreneurs.

Sihle holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Mandarin from Rhodes University, a Postgraduate diploma in Marketing Management from the University of Cape Town &MBA Foundation programme from University of Stellenbosch Business School. His professional experience includes management consulting with PwC, International Affairs consulting at Africa Strategy Group and Director at a non-profit think tank and consultancy focused on Africa.
